Really? My employees can actually call and speak to Northgate to get their questions answered?
Not only can your employees call us to get help, their spouses can too. We use all the latest tech tools (webinars, email, online benefits, recordings etc) to help build awareness and answer questions, but we still like using the good old fashioned telephone too!
